Terms governing the use of Prynos websites and services, with product-specific rules applying where a service defines them separately.

These legal pages apply to prynos.com and Prynos-operated digital products, unless a product provides additional mandatory disclosures.
2. Scope of Services
Prynos operates websites and digital products. Product-specific functionality, pricing, subscriptions, and feature limits may be described on the relevant product pages, inside product dashboards, or during checkout.
3. Accounts and Access
Some Prynos products require an account or third-party authentication. You are responsible for keeping your access secure and for all activity performed through your account.
4. Billing
Paid products or plans may be billed on a recurring basis via Stripe. As a Kleinunternehmer pursuant to Section 19 UStG, Nicolas Böse does not charge VAT. Product-specific billing details shown at purchase or in the relevant product dashboard apply.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Prynos websites or products for unlawful purposes, to abuse third-party platforms, to interfere with the service, or to attempt unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or harmful automation beyond what is expressly permitted.
6. Availability and Changes
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue services at any time. We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability for damages is excluded except in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or where mandatory statutory liability applies.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the CISG. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your place of residence remain unaffected.
